Boot Camp for Jobs is an intensive coaching and training model that is designed to help people transition from a low-skill status to middle-skill jobs. The model offers a conceptual framework for a path to prosperity to each participant. It is grounded in an assessement based approach. This model was developed based on the conviction that everyone should have a path to a good job.
