Career Coaching
 
The four-step career coaching process utilizes the NCRC and Personal Skills Assessments (Performance, Talent, and Fit) as the assessment suite. The four steps in the process are:
1. Self Understanding
2. Explore Career Options
3. Decision Making
4. Action Plans for Education and Career
We have had good success in pilots and outstanding feedback from career coaching and career guidance professions. We have trained over 60 coaches in this process.
